At Atomic14 we have such a vast experience of creating characters over the years. Our zBrush artists use the puppetry tools inside the software to loosely pose and explore shape.

We then move that into our proprietry software pipeline to process the mesh, including the simulation of sand particles to form piles of sand on and around the couple.
